CNC machined from a solid piece of stainless steel, our sender bolts are a perfect fit which also feature a thread milled 1/8th NPT taper thread offering a superior leak free fitment and a much better finish over the traditional tapping process.
*There is a stepped lip around the base of the head to locate the washer*
This makes sure the copper washer is centralised and gives a superior seal to guarantee against leaks.
Care must be taken when installing to ensure the washer is correctly seated.
Originally developed for the Vauxhall Z20 engine, these can be used on anything with an M24 thread.
Z20 fitment:
Simply remove the oil pump blank and install the tapped bolt with your choice
of sender unit.
